of Leaves
Sharing
of leaves in the spring
Bring thoughts of renewal and hope
Knowing whatever you are dealing with
In time you will learn to cope
For the leaves of spring are fresh and clean
Bathed in sunshine and rain to grow
And Our Father promises to care for us
And guide us wherever we go
The
leaves of summer are strong and bright
They dance with joy on each twig
For the promise of the seed has been fulfilled
What was tiny has now become big.
May your life be filled with hope and joy
May God lead you each step of the way
May the summer leaves remind you to see
The beauty He gives every day.
Autumn
leaves ablaze in color
God’s glory for all to see
Remind us to take time to find peace within
To be all He wants us to be.
Time to reflect on all He has given to us
The blessings of family and friends
His greatest gift of Salvation
His love that never ends.
And
when the winds of winter
Fill the skies of gray
Remember the stories the leaves have shared
Each and every day
For in the struggle from seed to leaf
Our love and respect they have earned
So with faith in our hearts and a smile on our
face
We wait for the leaves to return.
