MYPLUS: ALL SORTS OF TALENT

MyPlus works with blue chip companies to help them realise the new possibilities of hiring people with disabilities. We have just produced an impactful direct mailer for them that carried a pack of mini liquorice all sorts and smarties to support the campaign theme that we devised entitled ‘All sorts of talent, including some real smarties’ – the mailer was a maltese cross format, so when opened up fully created a large plus sign to reinforce the MyPlus brand – disabled individuals develop skills and unique strengths as a result of their disabilities, giving the person something extra, a Plus. The DM piece was supported with a follow up emailer. The aim of the campaign was to encourage employers to attend a special workshop to learn more about how they can address their skills shortage gap and tap into a new talent pool of disabled graduates – over 11% of graduates have a disability or a long-term health condition.
